What a Brand Actually Chooses Here
These units are our own design and our own production, which means the engineering decisions below are open for your programme rather than fixed by our tooling. Three of them come up in almost every enquiry.
Two UV-C routes, both already in volume
A 275 nm UV-C LED module and a 253.7 nm ozone-free lamp are different trade-offs in cost, enclosure design, and service life. We have run both in production, so the route can follow your product instead of our convenience. Worth knowing early: the 275 nm LED is a specified part with an 8 to 12 week lead time and, in practice, one viable source, which is why we treat it as a supply risk from the first review.
Ultrasonic and UV-C in the same chamber
The cleaner series pairs a 40 kHz ultrasonic transducer with a UV-C module in one unit, so mechanical cleaning and surface disinfection happen in one step for the user. That combination is where most of our own tooling and test fixtures already are.
Safety interlocks designed in, not bolted on
Three interlock patterns are in production: the lamp cuts when the lid opens, the unit shuts down when tilted past 90 degrees, and a zipper-open cut for soft-bag formats. Which one fits is a housing decision, so it belongs in the first design review, not in certification.
Beyond this series we also build HEPA and negative-ion air treatment and battery and power management in house. Capability and market requirements vary by product, so bring us the specification you actually need.
Specifications shown are current production versions and adapt to your requirements. Certification availability varies by product and target market. No retail sales on this site; every project starts with a conversation.
